Labcorp OnDemand

Over two years, I worked across multiple Labcorp OnDemand initiatives that helped customers discover, purchase, manage, and access lab testing services online. The work required turning complex healthcare, business, legal, and implementation requirements into clearer journeys, detailed Figma designs, and scalable product patterns.

Nothing Bundt Cakes Fundraising Platform

Nothing Bundt Cakes engaged with Photon to help them design a full fundraising platform that would connect franchised bakers, fundraisers and the corporate organization.

Audi "Build & Price" Tool Redesign

To get a better understanding of how to incorporate AI in the UX process, we created 2 version of the same tool to perform a comparative analysis. This version was done without any AI tools while another one relied primarily on AI (with minimal human input).

Avis Mobile Chatbot

Photon worked with Avis to help them design their Mobile Chatbot.  With parts of the App developed in-house and others done by Avis, it was crucial that we work with both teams to ensure that all deliverables were cross-functional.

Financial Aid Plan

A first-of-its-kind tool that supports and guides 12th graders through the financial aid application.

The Financial Aid Plan is a step by step process that ensures that all students are prepared to successfully complete the FAFSA/CADAA and maximize the financial aid they can receive.
